One to one Psychotherapy sessions

Do you require one to one psychotherapy with a focus on anger? This is stand-alone work but can be helpful both prior to and after attending the weekend Anger Management Course . If you prefer to take this route you will have the opportunity to meet with me individually and explore your issues in depth.

I believe that every person  is unique and that this type of work cannot be done on a basis of “one size fits all”. It is not like learning a new language or a new DIY skill. I work with ‘who you are’. Every person is different. Though we each have much in common we believe it is essential that I work with “who you are” rather than simply fit you into a pre-determined framework. 

Who do you want to be? There are many aspects of Anger Management which are common to all of us and there is a structure to the work. However the structure fits to you – who you are and where you are in your life. Who do you want to be? How can you grow yourself in a way that works for you?

The Programme Adapts to You. Thus, in contrast to other “off the shelf” Anger Management programmes every person I work with benefits from individual attention to who they are and where they are in life. The programme adapts to you. You will learn at the pace and in a manner that respects and acknowledges you. Only in this way can you make the kind of deep and sustained change that you are seeking in your life
